The Classical Villa III is a statement of timeless beauty, where harmony, proportion, and light define the architectural language.
Inspired by the grandeur of European classicism, this villa reinterprets traditional design through contemporary refinement — merging stone craftsmanship, monumental arches, and expansive glazing into a unified architectural symphony.
The façade’s central feature, a towering arched window framed in elegant gold lines, becomes both a visual anchor and a conduit of natural light. Every column, molding, and cornice is meticulously proportioned to create a façade that feels both grand and serene — a reflection of luxury that transcends time.
Grey Design approached the implementation of this villa with precision and artistry.
The process began with detailed studies of classical geometry, focusing on how proportion and light can shape perception. Advanced 3D modeling was used to define the interplay between columns, arches, and the central glass feature.
During execution, the façade’s decorative elements were crafted with high-definition molds to achieve perfect continuity in pattern and relief. The large glazed arch was custom-engineered to combine elegance with durability. Exterior lighting was carefully calibrated to highlight the façade’s vertical rhythm and emphasize the golden detailing after sunset.
The result is a flawless realization of architectural harmony — an embodiment of precision, light, and classical excellence.
