The Luxury Villa is a refined architectural creation that captures the timeless grace of neoclassical design through perfect proportion and exquisite detailing.
With its grand arched entrance, fluted columns, and finely sculpted cornices, the façade exudes a quiet sense of majesty. The symmetrical composition, enhanced by wrought-iron balconies adorned with greenery, creates a harmonious balance between structure, nature, and ornamentation.

At the heart of the façade lies a magnificent arched doorway crowned by a crystal chandelier — symbolizing the villa’s blend of tradition and sophistication. Every line and texture contributes to an atmosphere of elegance that celebrates craftsmanship and comfort in equal measure.

Project implementation

The project was executed through precise coordination between Grey Design’s architecture and supervision teams.
Detailed 3D modeling and classical proportion studies were conducted to refine the relationship between columns, windows, and ornamentation.
Each decorative detail — from the hand-forged gate to the balcony balustrades — was custom-designed and locally fabricated under direct artistic supervision.

The lighting system was meticulously calibrated to highlight the villa’s façade reliefs and emphasize its architectural rhythm during evening hours. The combination of classical geometry, subtle textures, and golden illumination transforms the villa into a radiant statement of timeless luxury.
