    The Al Basateen Luxury Villa stands as a masterpiece of classical architecture reinterpreted for modern living.
    Located in one of Jeddah’s most distinguished neighborhoods, this villa showcases elegance through its grand proportions, ornate detailing, and refined craftsmanship. The façade combines majestic columns, arched entrances, and custom-designed ironwork to create a harmonious balance of power and grace.

    Soft golden lighting enhances the façade’s sculptural depth, casting a warm glow that transforms the villa into a beacon of luxury at twilight. Every element — from the chandelier crowning the entrance to the symmetry of the windows and balconies — reflects an unspoken dialogue between architecture and artistry.

      • Coordinate the selection of materials — stone, wrought iron, and gold accents — to ensure harmony in tone and texture.

      • Preserving proportion and balance within the tight constraints of the façade’s width.
      • Ensuring the integration of lighting and mechanical systems without disturbing aesthetic purity.
      • Achieving the ideal golden illumination that evokes luxury while maintaining subtlety and sophistication.

      The design process began with extensive proportion analysis and façade studies, followed by material sampling to achieve the perfect tonal contrast between stone, iron, and light.On-site supervision ensured fidelity to the design intent — from the curvature of the arches to the scale of decorative motifs. The central chandelier, visible through the entrance arch, was carefully aligned with the architectural axis to serve as the villa’s focal jewel.Through disciplined execution and craftsmanship, the villa now stands as an icon of classical luxury — radiant, welcoming, and enduring.
